Hello,

If you subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match then your playlist will automatically be synchronized with your laptop. Is your playlist stored in the Music application? If you do not subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match, do you manually synchronize music with your laptop using iTunes (Windows and older Macintosh) or a Macintosh running macOS 10.15? If so then next time your iPad synchronizes with your computer then it will automatically appear.
