Upgrade Eligibility

I went into apple to get my phone screen fixed and now I cannot check my eligibility for the upgrade program. Before my phone was fixed it said I was eligible at the bottom in my settings and now it is giving me an error when I type in my Apple ID, serial number, etc. to find out if I am eligible.

iPhone X trade in So I'm looking to trade in my iPhone X for an iPhone XR through the Apple website. My iPhone has the green line of death on it but everything else on it is perfect. When I go through the questionnaire on the Apple site it asks if my phone is in good physical condition, screen is uncracked, screen works perfectly. Does my device meet the eligibility requirements to upgrade to a new iPhone? Thanks in advance!

I would take it back to the Apple Store that replaced your screen, showing them your problem.
