When i was watching videos the mobile be very hot especially in the right side from the back down the camera

Using graphic apps, that's a normal behavior.

Welcome to the Apple Support Community! Seems that you’re having trouble with your iPhone Heating Up.
Your iPhone could be hot do to a lot of apps running in the background. If you want to prevent your iPhone from being so hot, I recommend clearing out your apps, and/or turning on Low Power Mode.
