3D Touch Not working in safari (iPhone)

When I force touch on a link in safari, it doesn’t show a preview but instead just the link. I’m on iOS 13.3. I can’t seem to find anything in the settings to help. Anyone know what I can do?

That is because previously you have tap to hide previews. Tap where it says "Tap to show preview".
