3D Touch Not working in safari (iPhone)

When I force touch on a link in safari, it doesn’t show a preview but instead just the link. I’m on iOS 13.3. I can’t seem to find anything in the settings to help. Anyone know what I can do?

iPhone 3D Touch Hi there, in my iPhone 12 Pro I cannot find the 3D Touch, it only shows Haptic Touch. When I click it there is no 3D Touch option either on the next page. can you tell me how to turn it on? As I want to use touchscale this function.

That is because previously you have tap to hide previews. Tap where it says "Tap to show preview".
