Group Messaging Option in Settings Missing

For some reason my group messages have stopped working. Instead of receiving one message with all people responding, I’m receiving a separate text for each person. When I go to Settings, Messages there is no line with Group Messaging. From what I’m seeing with the help, there should be a line where you can turn group messaging on or off.

I’ve tried all the suggestions that I’ve found online and nothing has worked. Both SMS and MMS buttons are green. I’ve reset my iPhone, turned iMessage on and off, reset Network Settings and removed my simm card. Nothing has worked. I know that this is an issue for some people. I have two other friends with the same problem. Glitch?
