Where is the camera app on Apple Watch 3?

Yes I know. I have used it before with this watch and phone. It is not there at all like it was. What do I do to get it back??????

The apple watch doesn't have a camera app,it's a remote control for the camera app on the phone.

You might have to reinstall it,go to the app store on the watch and search for "remote" it might be a down the list a bit.
