iPad Pro auto restart

My iPad Pro has got auto restart issue after iPadOS 13 update. Currently its running on iPadOS 13.3 which I updated 2 days back, but auto restart problem is still there.

please help me with solution,

(hard reset, system reset, DFU restore has been tried)
