This is how to set up a new device from a backup of the old one.
Transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Bear in mind it’s a ‘all or nothing’ kinda thing, you can’t pick and choose which parts to transfer.
You could also try to turn on iCloud syncing between both devices - they both need to use the same Apple ID - and then see if that info will sync across.
