iOS 13.3 brightness setting not working
After the upgrade, my iPad is dim, very dim. Full battery, light, not dark setting, have set brightness to full, and its still very dim. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, and it worked.. who knew Apple would come full circle to Windows. Never had to do that after an install before. Thanks for the response.
