I am considering replacing my old Macbook Pro with a new iPad.

I currently backup my iPhone 8 to my laptop.

Without using iCloud - is there a way to backup or sync my iTunes files from my iPhone to an iPad?

Is there a way to restore from an iPad back to an iPhone?

Addionally is there a way to back up my enitire iPhone files to an iPad?
