Forgetting Apple ID

I'm Ebrahim,

I faced with a problem when I wanted to update my software from iOS 10 to iOS 13, actually after downloading the newest version and installing it, my iPhone didn't work so I had to restore it.

unfortunately after restoring asked me my Apple ID. the problem is that recently I had changed my apple ID but I think at this time I must enter the first apple ID applied on my phone which I have forgotten it and also its' recovery email.

I would be so thankful if you help me in this regards.
