I’m completely locked out of my old phone, I created an email and Apple ID for my daughter and can not remember it for the life of me. I’m stuck on welcome to your iPhone please sign in on the old phone but it won’t allow me to recover the Apple ID that’s linked to it because and can’t remember any of the information it’s asking for. Please help me.

If you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the Activation Lock if provided the required paperwork. Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)
