Based only on the photos you provided, I see 32 GB RAM on the machine to the right and 16 GB RAM on the other system. More RAM makes any application work better. Picture-processing hardware cannot make the 16 GB system process data as fast as the 32 GB system.
The 32 GB system is also the faster type of CPU (i( vs i7) and more cores. This also contributes to producing data faster to feed into the graphics card.
As to comparison of graphics card, I have no informed opinion.
Personally I would look at the new 16" MBP.
