iMac shut down in middle of booting

Ok so my iMac keeps shutting down in the middle of its booting. What do I do?

iMac 27", OS X 10.11

Does it really only have 10.11 on it? Try resetting the NVRAM per the directions in How to reset NVRAM on your Mac
