Forgot Passcode

I was setting up an iPhone 8 in the middle of it the screen Locked now it’s asking for a passcode I don’t have it can you Help me set it up. I was on the phone with someone earlier to factory reset the phone. It is connected to my computer went through the download it say done. Simultaneous Download done. What do I do now?
