new macbook, packaging dirty

Hi, I just received my macbook pro 2019 from an ebay store. I noticed the packaging was a bit dirty, there were marks on the top side of the macbook, some more on the back side. Also the two basins containing the cable and charger had quite some dirt in them. I'm just worried it might not be brand new, though I checked outboxing here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ot4iq9BoR5M and it was the same as mine. There's no apple sticker that one must rip to open the box right?

But there are quite a few marks on the top side, i can understand dirt in the basins during packaging, but it's hard to believe the surface of the macbook which looks very polished has so many marks in some places. Do you think it's new? Thanks.

Also the keyboard gets very hot, and i was just browsing safari, watching youtube. Is this normal?
