When I check under my profile, I cannot access password and security, nor email addresses and payments - both are also greeted out (including adding to family sharing) - please advise what I could try in terms of resetting / other?

Whoops...
Have you already tried to sign out from you Apple ID, restart your iPhone, then sign back into your Apple ID?.

If you already are a Family Sharing member, you must ask your organizer.

Ah - tried signing out, but not restarting the phone - will do so now :) thanks :)
