How to .xpl file
I would like to know how to open/activate a .xpl file in a programm on my iMac.

You cannot unless you have LcdStudio or have MS Windows installed. Why do you need this file format?

X-plane 10 is a 64 app, but the problem was that Catalina did not accept the various plugins (... .xpl). I solved the problem by activate for a few moments the option accept any software. After that I had only to click on 'open'.

It may be because it is a 32 bit file or application. Check with the developer to see if they have a 64 bit version, Catalina will only run 64 bit apps.
