Thank you for your reply. However, the first link led me to a site to get my order number, which I already gave, and gave a phone number of the CAK, which only opens between 09:00 to 17:00.
Mind you, I asked for a VAT invoice for the goods I BOUGHT, unfortunately there was no invoice to download from the site, VAT or otherwise.
As a buyer, I have the right to get a receipt or VAT-invoice that states what I bought, for proof of sale or proof of start of the Apple guarantee that comes with every sale of a devise. Am I wrong to say such is common Business practice?
the second link given me was to a site that lectured on the VAT. I know all that. And still no sight of a downloadable VAT-invoice for the goods I bought yesterday and took possession of today.
The two sites I was so graciously given made the Floor supervisor in charge of the Apple Store today a liar, because my invoice is NOT on iTunes. He was Dutch and he should know what is meant by a VAT-invoice.
For clarity, let me explain that on a VAT-invoice will be stated the amount Apple received for the goods sold to the customer and the VAT that the customer paid the Government via Apple.
Why is it so difficult for Apple to send such an invoice by email? Apple does send emails with the order, the payment received but no VAT-invoice. Why have you led me round and round in this maze that leads no where? Just send me the VAT-invoice, why don’t you?
NOTE WELL, the invoice should be addressed to H.T.Ho ASIA TRADING BV.
