The Face ID, on my iPhone, is terrible, i can’t use it, because Face ID, continue to tell me, lower iPhone, raise up iPhone and keep the iPhone from 25-30 of distance. All these things I have do it, but I can’t complete Face ID, already I can’t to go the after. Please help me!

Are you keeping your iPhone 25-30 inches away from your face? Make sure that your iPhone or iPad is an arm’s length or closer (10-20 inches) from your face and go through the other steps in this link as well:

Try to set up Face ID after going through that and see if the issue is resolved:
