Hello I just purchased a brand new iPhone 11 from T-mobile and I cannot send mms to any android.I have the mms feature turned on I reset network Settings still won’t send. I talked to T-Mobile they reset the network and settings on there end still nothing.

If it's more then you need to work with your carrier.
SMS/MMS are carrier features.
No it happens on all androids I can only send text messages no pictures or videos it’s a total of four lines on my account I’m the primary holder for the account every other line can send pictures they are all on Android so I know the plan I have allows mms it’s been going on for a while I thought it was my old iPhone 8 so I upgraded and same issues
