Unlocking account by email
How do you unlock an account that sends the unlock email to an email account that is also disabled or inactive? Don't have two factor. The email account is inactive. Running into a wall at every turn.
All started because I don't know the password associated with Appleid. The security question answer was entered wrong, obviously, because it asks for birthday and I've typed it in several times correctly.... Forgot my password will either ask me about the birthday or send an email to an inactive account.... Under these circumstances neither method will work for me. After multiple failed attempts, I'm now locked out, and the Disable/Unlock site also sends an email to that disabled email account.
