7-workout week award not being awarded after completing the requirements see the photos. Why is this not registering?

I’m having the same problem! It started on Saturday for me after doing the latest update on my series 3 watch.

Try a forced reset;

To force reset your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.

Sometimes it can take a while to update the awards,it can be up to 9 days according to apple.
