Happy New Year!
This week I’ve been closing my rings everyday to try and achieve the New Year Medal and the perfect week medal. Today was my last day (as the week is Monday to Sunday) and even though I completed 70 minutes of activity, 40 minutes over my 30 minute goal, I wasn't given my Perfect Week (Exercise) award.
Does anyone know why?
This is happening to me as well. I closed all my rings for the week but only got the move and stand perfect week, not the exercise or all activity perfect week. I restarted my phone and watch. Still not counted.
hi! I know all my rings aren’t all closed, but my exercise is and I didn’t get the reward for the Perfect Week (Exercise). Do you know why that is?
Apple says it can take up to 9 days for some awards to show,sometimes restarting the phone helps.
Ring in the new year award only started on Jan 7th and has to be 7 consecutive days,so today is day 4.
Perfect Week Award(Exercise) Not Awarded??
