I have the same issue. I was running iOS 12.x.x and updated to 13.3, and now ALL the old e-mails from before the update show 'No Sender' and 'No Subject'. Have tried re-booting the device several times (Phone 7). E-mails come from Gmail and other sources.
E-mails received after the update are OK, but EVERY SINGLE pre-update e-mail has the before-mentioned problem.
A lot of my e-mails are only stored on my phone, and are deleted from the server at my ISP, so I CANNOT just delete the e-mail account from the phone and install it again like some people have suggested.
