Strange Bright Colored Spots on IPhone 11 Pro Screen

After about a meter fall (with Rhinoshield case and screen protector) on tile floor, screen protector and front glass screen seemed to be unharmed. Later in the day, however, I noticed 2 dim dots (appear to be stuck pixels) just above the swipe up bar. See attached photos. Any idea what this could be? Related to the fall? Don’t understand how the glass is fine but something else could be malfunctioning.
