I was purchased this used Ipad in September 2018 from someone after one year screen showing Ipad identified as stolen and locked kindly contact Techdata.
i was contacted tachdata they reply below kindly advise please.
The iPad will remain blocked as it is identified as a stolen device and therefore our property. It should never have been sold to you.
We are very sorry that you became the victim of a fraudster and the inconvenience and financial loss it has caused. Unfortunately, that is the current situation. Our company policy dictates that we will under no circumstances release stolen devices. It is a conflict between seller and buyer in which we don’t take any responsibility. We can only advise to file a police complaint yourself.
The Germany Police reference for this matter is 1/548/2018 as the original theft was reported to the police.
