After I updated to the 13.0 on my phone, my ringer kept turning to off by itself. Yesterday updated to 13.3, now my other languages besides English has disappeared and even I re select the other languages, it cant be used when sending messages. How do I rectify all of these??

It's not clear what you mean by "languages". Are you referring to the additional keyboards you should be able to add by going to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard? If so, explain in detail what you see when you do that and post a screen shot.
Thank you but I got it resolved accidentally. Another issue I have is my ringer button on the top left of the phone. It kept getting turned off by itself. I hv brought to Apple store here in Bangkok and they had me reinstall everything but it is still the same. On average, the ringer button moved to off position at least 6 times a day. Any advise you can give on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
