A query about a policy

Hello, 

I’m a client of apple’s tec and I was just wondering about a policy of your company, I would like to change my IPhone 8 256 GB to iPhone 11 pro 256 GB.

Is it possible to do that since the nearest apple store is in Dubai? And how much is the difference?

Because I’m based in Jeddah
