Weird error icon in MacBook Air?

Has anyone ever seen this weird icon and their MacBook stopped working? And if so how is this fixed?

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.14

It's trying to tell you to turn on your bluetooth mouse and keyboard.

They are not being detected and are probably turned off.

I’m also getting this loading screen for sometime before reaching the other icons
