No, there is no way Apple can take off this code and they also won't help you locate the person. And the only way you can get your money back is to find the person who apparently cheated you.
I don’t mind turning into the cops but how do I get my money back if I give them the phone I bought it from a guy on Facebook and I can’t get in touch with them is there anyway I can take it to Apple and they take the code off of it
