WatchOS 6.1.1 inaccurately recording active calories

Has anyone noticed that after installing watchOS 6.1.1 the active calories are now inaccurately reported? When I sleep at night I wear my watch to record sleep, and by morning it records less sleep since the watch reports that I'm active. I now burn over 300 active calories while asleep, and just yesterday my watch showed that I burned 4,388 calories while I usually do 350-450 on Sundays.

I’m having the opposite issue on my s3 whereby since the update it’s hardly recording any calories at all. I’ve gone from 600 a day to 250. This is also the case during workouts with me only getting 80kcal for a 45 minutes weights workout.

I’ve tried recalibration for the watch with no success. I’m also finding that my sleep tracking app is now crediting me with a lot deeper sleep than usual.
