how to disable sharing suggestion from popping up in messages every time you try to send a photo

When I am sending messages and want to send a photo, half my screen is "Sharing Suggestions, get sharing suggestions and easily send photo “Use iCloud photos" It is super annoying because I only see 2 photos and this dumb message. I have already tried turning off all siri and search options. Please help this is annoying, my wife’s phone does not have this and she is on same iOS version 13.1.3.

I finally got it by myself!!!! It’s related to the text size (settings/display & brightness). If it’s more than the middle value this crap happens, you need to reduce the text size to fix this. However I don’t want a smaller text size so rotten Apple should fix this issue asap, I know it’s annoying quite a few people out there!
