iPhone 7 Plus will not complete back up to iCloud because it has been backed up in one year. phone said it will take two days then quits after hours of backing up only to quit. I'm getting new iPhone 11 is there a way to get this done?

Another way to do this is to plug your phone into a computer and open iTunes. If it is a Mac on the latest software, open Finder. There will be various details about your phone and a button to back up. Keep your phone plugged into the computer while its doing this, and when you get your new phone plug it into the same computer and choose restore backup.
