I have an iPhone listed under my devices on my apple id. It may be an old device of mine that is no longer associated with my account. When I go to delete it the remove button is unavailable and the popup says, "Your request is currently unavailable. Please try again later." I have tried to remove it from my current phone, from the appleid webpage with no luck. Any idea how I might be able to get it removed?

Solved: deleted it from icloud first. then went to my appleid page and was able to remove the device.

Turns out I had it registered in icloud so once i removed it from that i was able to remove it from my apple id.
I tried my work WiFi to remove the spurious devices but that didn't work. A kind AppleSupport person removed the two devices from my AppleID and now things seem to be running smoothly.
Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

My appleid lists two devices like that as well. I am unable to remove them from iCloud Web as well iCloud Web gives me "Connection Error.: iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server." Any thoughts? Thank you.
