Notes on iPhone7 is weird after update to ios13.3. I have to go to iCloud to access notes. I used to sort notes by date created. I was given option to alphabetize notes which I did. Don’t like alphabetizing. Now I can’t change back to sorting notes by date created.

Didn’t work. My notes was moved to iCloud with last iPhone update from Apple. I changed Notes setting to sort notes to date edited. That did not change how my notes are currently being sorted (alphabetically).
Go to Settings>Notes and there is an option to choose how it is sorted.
Update to mokiboki—My Notes has a symbol I clicked on which gave me option to select how I want notes sorted. Seems update moved this ability from Setting>Notes to Notes directly.
