FaceTime and iMessage activate unsuccessful

can you help this problem in iphone 6 plus in my 2 years of this phone, still didn’t activated the facetime and imessage. So i report this issue to fix this or how will gonna do. Its working i can use both of this but in the settings is not activated so that every minutes there will be pop upping a message box. Please fix this even though it is already outdated device thank you
