Calendar and Outlook Times Incorrect

When a Calendar event is made on an iPhone, the time is an hour later in Outlook. Have you been able to fix this when Time Zone Override doesn't help?

The issue started a couple of months ago, which is strange as my time zone doesn't have Daylight Saving. To test:

  1. On the iPhone, tap Calendar
  2. To create an event, tap +
  3. For Title, type Test 1
  4. Take a note of the Starts time
  5. Tap Add
  6. On the computer, open Outlook
  7. Click the Calendar

In Outlook, the new event will appear an hour later than the Starts time.

If you change the Start time in Outlook, the event appears correctly on the iPhone as well. However if you change the Starts time on the phone, it will appear an hour later again on the computer.

Unfortunately changing Time Zone Override on the iPhone, and updating the software hasn't helped. The override was enabled (Settings > Calendar > Time Zone Override > On) but the issue continued, so it's been turned back Off. Also, the software versions are:

iOS 13.3

iCloud 7.16.0

Any help you could provide would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
