Bootcamp Sound Problems

So I've been having a problem lately. When I'm in Mac OSX, my internal and external (3.5mm jack) speakers work fine, but in Windows 10, only the external ones work. When I try to listen to something with just my internal speakers there is no sound that comes out. There are also two different options to choose from when choosing a sound output "Speakers (Cirrus Logic CS4208 (AB 94))" and "Digital Audio (S/PDIF) (Cirrus Logic CS4208 (AB 94))" both choices do not output any sound.

Any help is appreciated.
