On the bottom of my messages it says Repair Account and I have already restarted my phone

I see that you found an alert at the bottom of the Messages screen. The messages states that your iCloud Account is being repaired. If you're still seeing this message, please refer to the information below:


Keep all your messages in iCloud -- If you also saw a message that saying that "iCloud Messages is Disabled" with a link to start the account repair process, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, and turn Messages off. Then, restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. When your iPhone returns to the Home screen, turn Messages back on under iCloud again and see if the message disappears.


Get support --  If you didn't see the additional message, or the problem persists, please contact iCloud Support. After selecting this link choose Account & Setup > Troubleshooting iCloud account issues > No Thanks. Continue. Then select how you'd like to start the conversation.
