How we'll mange my old direct purchase user?

I have one app called Auto Stamper: Timestamp Camera. this app is a

direct full purchase app but right now I decide this app make free and

inside the app, some feature lock with in-app purchase but one issue how we will manage my old direct-purchase user.

Purchased iPad app does not show up in list of purchased apps on my M1 MacBook Air I purchased Art Authority for iPad for $10 on Dec. 11, 2010. It is still on my iPad and I still use it there, and I would like to use it on my new 2020 MacBook Air (M1). But when I search for it in my purchased apps on my M1 MacBook Air, it does not appear. Subscription for Final Cut Pro is on different a Apple ID. Just downloaded Final Cut Pro for my iPad and the subscription was purchased with another Apple ID and i cant use it. Does anyone know how i can transfer the subscription to my Apple ID or use the other Apple ID to sign in to Final Cut Pro without singing into the Apple ID on my App Store?
