Every morning at 8:30 an alarm goes off even though there is none set for that time. I’ve made sure to delete all alarms just to check and it still keeps going off. I’ve also made sure that there is no alarm set up for bedtime. I’ve tried force shutting the Clock app and even made sure to restart my phone but the alarm still keeps going off.

Considering the troubleshooting you’ve already tried, and if you’re certain it’s coming from the Clock app, I suggest reinstalling iOS.
While this shouldn’t delete any data, I suggest a backup first:
