NO password options for free items missing in settings

Hi

The NO password option is missing on our iPhone settings.

We have both iPhone 7+ XR and iPhone 11PRO and inte’s the same on all phones.

Only the 15 minutes option is visibel.

I have uppdat all. IOS version13.3

Have tried disabling Face ID, log out of Apple ID, restart the mobiles but nothing helps.

A lot of trouble when the kids who have the same apple id have to download free apps and then every time have to contact me for password.
