I can't find "Password Settings" on my iPad.

I can't find "Password Settings" on my iPad. What to do? I don't want to use Touch ID every time I need to buy free apps. I mean I want it to be like 15 mins apart not just like require for every apps in a row within 1 min.

I am sorry, with a device that contains a Touch ID or Face ID sensor you cannot disable authentication when downloading free applications.
