Security questions

I've forgotten the answer to both of my security questions. Each time I go to reset it it prompts me that it cannot reset the questions as they dont have enough information....

I remember my password and all. Just the security questions. And I do not want to create a new apple id as my existing one is linked to my main email and therefore linked to everything.

Help?
