Hulu App won't install on Apple TV 4k

I have three Apple TV 4K that the Hulu app won't install on. I have one Apple TV 3rd gen (whatever came before the new 4K Apple TV's) and Hulu works fine on it. All the others act as if they are downloading the app but it never does. I have tried uninstalling and still doesn't work. I also can't get the Youtube TV to work. Everytime I open the app I have to "set it up" and once I finish it says "You can watch Youtube TV but you can't purchase Youtube TV on Apple TV.

Is your tvOS software up-to-date? Did you try a restart of the device?

That message means that YouTube wants the subscription payments to go to them directly, not via iTunes. You can subscribe on the web, then watch in the app.
