I’ve tried 4 times to purchase a ringtone and it won’t let me! Hedwig’s Theme is the name of the ringtone from Harry Potter. As silly as this sounds...it never downloads the tone or prompts me to complete purchase? However looking at my bank account I’ve been charged $1.29 twice? Why am I getting charged for something I’m not receiving?
