I called about Apple care plus for loss theft, and then the person I was talking with told me I needed to buy gift cares of 200. 00 piece needed two then it went to 4 of them to fix the hackers. Is it how y’all work stating buy these cards give them the numbers to block hackers. I lost money on this plan

Unfortunately, search engines are notorious for displaying bogus information when searching for tech support. There is always a very, very good chance that the bulk of numbers displayed when using a search engine for such searches will be bogus. Apple contact info is below.

Unfortunately, you did not call Apple. What you describe is a sure sign that you called a scam number pretending to be Apple support.
You got scammed. You were not talking to Apple.
Take it up with your local police.
I looked up Apple care on line got the number and called. But like you said it was not Apple. They need a number that all people that has a device of Apple products can keep it with there stuff
They do. As a matter of fact, if you look in your contacts, you'll probably find it there.
Apple can't help it if people fall for scam support sites.
