Talked to someone who said they were apple support had me pay 200 because they said someone was using my information for child prone downloads and to stop them I needed to do this and I would get my money back but only if I send them 300 dollars to close the case and service tech I have pictures of receipt of everything

You were not talking to Apple. You got conned.
You need to talk to the police.
If you sent any money, you just got scammed. Apple would never do that.
So the ****3816 is not a good number for apple.com support and I got scammed
