Talked to someone who said they were apple support had me pay 200 because they said someone was using my information for child prone downloads and to stop them I needed to do this and I would get my money back but only if I send them 300 dollars to close the case and service tech I have pictures of receipt of everything

Apple Customer Service? Where are they? I am seeing charges from Apple in the amount of 29.99. I don't know what for. There is no transparency. I called 877-255-5923 the customer service number on Apple's website. The number is buried in the website. I spent 30 mins trying to get through their automated attendant before I could speak to someone. When I finally got through, she laughed at me and hung up. Does anyone know a way to contact Apple Support? Or maybe someone who can help?

Charged extra money. My mother called me today and told me apple charded her 174.99 dollar. While only subscription i have bought in his phone was 50GB of storage which was only 0.99 dollar. apple charged her extra 174$ and can you help me?
